There are several ticket options available for guests to attend A Charleston Affair this year on May 2, 2026.
VIP tickets can enjoy the party from 6:30-10 pm and General Admission can enjoy the party from 7-10 pm. All food and beverages are included in your ticket. Attire is coat and tie/cocktail.
Attendees must be age 21 or older as of May 2, 2026 (unless you’re a graduating senior-see Ticket Policy).
The event will be held rain or shine and there are no refunds or ticket exchanges. Proceeds from A Charleston Affair support the Alumni Association in its mission to serve the College.
General Admission Ticket
Sip, savor, and stroll to your heart’s content from St. Philip Street to Coming Street and from Green Way to Glebe Street, soaking in the vibrant energy of campus. Wander into Cistern Yard to dance under the oaks to hits performed by the dynamic Fantasy Band. Treat your taste buds to a gourmet menu crafted by Charleston Culinary Company’s Executive Chefs. Our General Admission bars across campus will feature handcrafted cocktails and mocktails, specialty cocktails, local and domestic beers, and fine wines to complement every sip. Don’t miss our signature specialty drink of the evening, Frosé by The Co-Op, at the corner of Glebe and George Streets. Accessible for wheelchair users. General Admission tickets are transferable; the attendee name does NOT have to match the ticket.

Randolph Hall/All Access VIP Ticket (Sponsor)
Alumni Association Annual Sponsors receive exclusive access to the renowned Randolph Hall VIP area and portico, as well as access to three other VIP areas and all General Admission areas and amenities. Visit the Sushi & Caviar Club at 65 George Street, Rendezvous at Rita, and Speakeasy at Sottile House and Garden. All VIP areas will feature premium open bars with cocktails and mocktails, delicious gourmet menus, air conditioning, and private restrooms.
Tickets: $1,000 Friend Sponsorship includes two VIP All Access tickets to A Charleston and other Alumni Association sponsor benefits through December 31, 2026. Become a sponsor until April 12, or before we reach capacity, whichever comes first.
SOLD OUT – Rendezvous at Rita VIP Ticket
Formerly known as “Party at Peatsy’s VIP” – Your ticket provides exclusive access to the beautiful VIP area within the Rita Liddy Hollings ’58 Science Center. Dance the night away to the tunes of the High Tide Band on an LED light-up dance floor, enjoy a delicious gourmet menu, signature cocktails and mocktails, a top-shelf open bar, air conditioning, and private restrooms. There are many exciting new additions to this space this year! Includes air conditioning, private restrooms, and access to all General Admission areas and amenities as well. Accessible for wheelchair users. VIP tickets are non-transferable (must be used by the attendee/guest whose name is provided at the time of purchase).

Your ticket provides exclusive access to the lush private courtyard and VIP lounge at 65 George Street, steps away from Cistern Yard. Savor delicious champagne paired perfectly with Charleston Caviar Company as well as a gourmet menu featuring bespoke sushi crafted by award-winning Chef Masa Yamashita, a premium bar with cocktails and mocktails, and a selection of delicious hors d’oeuvres. Enter our new private Speakeasy in the Sottile Garden and enjoy delicious specialty cocktails, mocktails, a premium bar and a selection of delicious hors d’oeuvres. Includes air conditioning, private restrooms, and access to all General Admission areas and amenities as well. Please note, the interior space is not accessible for wheelchair users.
